This page explains what happens to your data when you visit pirog.app or send us a message. Short version: we only use what you send us to reply, and we don’t track you.

Who we are

Pirog is the mobile app studio of Matvey Pirogov, who is the controller of your personal data under the GDPR. Contact: hello@pirog.app.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. Your name, email, project stage and message. We use them to reply and, if you wish, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Emails you send us. Your address and what you write, for the same purpose.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: fonts and images are served from pirog.app itself.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, form delivery and email forwarding.
• Google LLC — the mailbox where messages to pirog.app addresses arrive.

Both may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while we discuss your project and for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together — then for as long as the contract and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict its use or to stop using it — write to hello@pirog.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
